What, another blog?!

Oh yes, here I am again attempting another blog! In all fairness, it has been 2 and 1/2 years since I first started to blog. And while that one didn't last very long (maybe 10 posts), the second one was very successful! I created my second blog for those who wanted to follow me as I wandered around Italy for a class in graduate school. If you missed it the first time around, click here.

Now, I admit I have no cute little children to chase everyday and report on how they lost a tooth or played candy land. Regardless, I have fun in life! As much as I thought single life in my thirties would be worse than a death sentence, that has not been the case. Sure there are ups and downs and maybe this blog is a lame attempt to fill my time....but as I begin my 31st year of life I have decided to embrace whatever may come my way! As for the title, well, I love peanut butter and honey! My favorite treat is to smother a piece of toasted bread (gluten free, of course!) with peanut butter and honey. Yum, how simply delightful (if you haven't tried it, you should!)!!
